AKCAM is one of the first and biggest handmade glass manufacturer and exporting company in Turkey. The factory is based on 12.500m2 area in Istanbul with more than 250 staff, established in 1946. AKCAM produce handmade & handcrafted glassware products such as bowls, plates, vases, candle holders, perfume bottles, lighting glasses for decorative, daily use, tabletop and lighting. At our factory, 15 tons of transparent glass are processed on a daily basis, and in accordance with the customer demands these products are subjected to matting, painting, real silver coating, gold foil decorating, cutting, decoration and ornamentation works, and reach the form of finished products. In our glass production, we implement handcraft glass blowing, free-form shaping, pressing, airpress and spinning techniques, and at the same time, spinning and pressing productions are carried out by means of robots in automatic machines. Production is realized with special works concerning all kinds of customer demands and with Akcam's own design and collections. AKCAM exports its products to all over the world.
