Founded in 1974 in Istanbul, Akay Plastic is one of the major producers of plastic kitchenware, baby items as well as household and cleaning products. Our factory has a 30,000 indoor area and is located in the Istanbul region, along with our manufacturing plant and warehouses. All sales and marketing facilities are coordinated from our Istoc showroom, which is 800 sqm. Our plastic products are designed by our R&D experts and are manufactured by our 200 workers. We serve customers from the Far East to Africa and from America to Europe with our “Bee Home” brand. Akay’s corporate structure is certified by ISO and TSE also, our products have been certified for food contact by the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkey. Akay also has quality certificates from TÜV Rhineland, Intertek, SGS, Bureau Veritas, SEDEX – Smata 4 pillar.
